FIDELITY PLAZA
Dayton, OH

The Fidelity Plaza, a landmark building from 1917 purchased and fully renovated in 2006. Located in Downtown, Dayton on the corner of Fifth and Main Street, this commercial property encompasses two hundred thousand square feet with a surface lot and garage adjacent to the office building.

THE RESIDENCES AT CITY PLACE
Downtown Jacksonville, FL


In the heart of Downtown Jacksonville stands out Residences at City Place, a modern yet affordable seventeen story high rise consisting of two hundred five residential units and eight thousand square feet of commercial space. With breathtaking views of the Jacksonville landings, St. John's River and the surrounding skyscrapers, this condo offers a taste of an urban lifestyle right at your doorstep. The property was purchased in early 2007 and converted into condominiums.

THE SHOPPES OF OAKLAND FOREST
Oakland Park, FL


A Ninety-five thousand square foot shopping center at the core of Oakland Park encompassing approximately ten acres of land. Purchased in 2007, the property is currently 100% occupied. Anchor stores such as Family Dollar, Peter Glen Ski Shoppes, Porter Paints, and Premier Rent a Center are a few of the tenants.

THE VENETIAN AT HOLLYWOOD HILLS
Hollywood, FL


This fully renovated and strategically located apartment building is just minutes away from the beautiful Hollywood beaches and steps from the two main highways in Florida. It consists of a seven story building with sixty-one affordable residential units surrounding a central pool perfect for sunny Florida. Amenities include on-site laundry facility, party room, and elevator.

EAGLE LAKES GOLF COURSE
Margate, FL


One of our most ambitious projects was purchased in 2006, an eighteen acre golf course now undergoing great plans for redevelopment.

STONEBRIDGE GARDENS
Lauderhill, FL


This 1980's condominium was terribly damaged by 2005's hurricane Wilma and was shortly after declared inhabitable per the City of Lauderhill. Trans Global has been deeply involved with the association and board of directors in recovering this project.

SUNSET HILLS
Lauderdale Lakes, FL

Sunset Hills was the first redevelopment project undertaken by Trans Global Companies. It consisted of a portfolio of a hundred and five units, out of two hundred and fourteen, that were slowly purchased and renovated. These units were acquired with the aim of providing a housing opportunity to individuals in the public housing sector, better known as Section 8. We successfully made available hundreds of rental units between the years 2003 and 2007. These units were then sold individually to end users.

FOREST HILLS WEST/ROYAL PALM LAND
Coral Springs, FL

One of the best located properties acquired by Trans Global Companies was purchased in 2006. Two and a half acres of commercial land situated in one of the areas with highest traffic in Coral Springs. Zoned B-1, it allows for virtually any use. It is currently for sale and accepting purchase offers.

CORAL SPRINGS INDUSTRIAL PARK/WAREHOUSES (3651 NW 120th AVE)
Coral Springs, FL

Two 23,900 square feet warehouses located in the Coral Springs Industrial Park were one of Trans Global Companies' plan to venture away from residential properties and expand into commercial and industrial projects. It was purchased in 2005 and sold in 2006 after full renovations and improvements.

31st AVE FOURPLEX-FIVEPLEX. / MLK Blvd.
Lauderdale Lakes, FL

31st avenue consisted of seven buildings, a combination of fourplex and fiveplexes located in Lauderdale Lakes, FL. This was one of the major TGR projects dedicated to provide rental units for Section 8 housing.
