Sunset Hills was the first redevelopment project undertaken by Trans
Global Companies. It consisted of a portfolio of a hundred and five
units, out of two hundred and fourteen, that were slowly purchased
and renovated. These units were acquired with the aim of providing
a housing opportunity to individuals in the public housing sector,
better known as Section 8. We successfully made available hundreds
of rental units between the years 2003 and 2007. These units were
then sold individually to end users. |
